Having spent thirteen years working in the City for three of the larger insurance brokers, David decided that there was increasingly very little of the services part in "financial services". He decided that this should be addressed and so David Politi & Co. was founded in 2001 with the idea that there would never have to be any "What's your mother's maiden name?" or "What's your password"?

David feels you should be greeted by a dedicated account manager who will deal with all your needs and who understands both insurance itself and the insurance market. In addition, with David Politi & Co. you should not have to discuss your details every time you call as the person you are dealing with will be the same one that you had the conversation with the last time you called. Similarly, in many other organisations, your account handler may well not have any ownership in their employers' business and so may not care about you - the customer - as they should.

David Politi is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) in addition to being a Chartered Insurance Broker and a holder of the Lloyd's Market Certificate. The company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
